Rates are listed as "per room" and include GST.

The rates remain the same throughout the year, except for long weekends and the Christmas New Year holiday period which are called ""High Season".  There is no surcharge for other school holiday periods.

Friday 1st June 2012 to Sunday 3rd June 2012   -   Foundation Day Holiday Weekend

Friday 28th September 2012 to Sunday 30th September 2012   -   Queens Birthday Holiday Weekend

Friday 21st December 2012 to Saturday 5th January 2013  -   Christmas New Year Holiday Period
