Arrival & Departure:
Check-in is generally available from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival. Earlier check-ins can sometimes be arranged if your room has not been occupied the previous evening.
For arrival times on long weekends please check at time of booking.
Check-out is by 10.00am on the day of your departure. Late check-outs may be available by prior arrangements if your room is not needed for an arrival that day. A half day fee may apply for this service.
Guarantee & Deposit:
When booking on-line your reservation must be guaranteed by providing credit card details.
The deposit paid will be equal to the total of the accommodation booked.
Your guaranteed reservation will be held for you until 6.00pm on your scheduled day of arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Best Western Pemberton Hotel will charge a cancellation fee to your credit card or retain all or part of any deposit paid if notice of cancellation is not received 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
When booking online you will be given a confirmation number. This number should be quoted if you need to cancel, change or reconfirm your reservation.
